10,000 Hours

Hello world! My name is Suzi and this is my very first "blog" post. Honestly, I have had a great aversion to this whole "blog" thing. Truth be told, the word "blog" makes me cringe. You may ask, "Why are you starting a blog if you hate it so much?" Well, I love to be crafty. The majority of the time I quilt, sew, crochet, and silk paint. I would like this site to be a record of my projects, mistakes and all, to share with you. I often find that I usually mess things up at least once (sometimes two or three times) before getting it right. When I do mess things up, I rely on the Internet and blogs to help me figure out where I went wrong. By posting my projects with my mistakes and my solutions, maybe I could help someone out there.

They say it takes 10,000 hours to become an expert. So, wish me luck!
